Weekends are meant for brunching in NYC, and what better place to go than the Loeb Boathouse in Central Park?!

I went for the omelet of the day, served with vegetables.
The warm quiche lorraine with applewood smoked bacon, gruyere cheese and leeks (the best dish, in my opinion!)
Maple waffles with warm berry compote. I adore the mini syrup bottle that this is served with!
After brunch we took a stroll through the park!
